  • Yes. It works via a cellular signal to send and receive data when outside of a wifi signal (exactly the same as a mobile phone).

  • If you use our SIM card (available in the UK only) there is a £5 monthly subscription fee. You can also provide your own SIM and pay us no monthly subscription fee. If you are outside of the UK you must source your own SIM card.

  • The watch works in the UK and Europe. If you are outside the UK you will need to source a SIM card and data contract to use the watch.

  • Our philosophy is that children should be given as much freedom as possible, whilst being safe. That is why our parental controls are limited to the following:

    - Block/unblock access to apps
    - Set school mode on/off times + days
    - View text messages
    - View app usage duration

  • The watch allows MP3’s to be uploaded (when connected to a laptop/PC) and can be listened to either via the inbuilt speaker or by bluetooth speaker or headphones.

  • Just one simple game.
    Quickfire maths - with three different difficulty levels so it can be tailored for 5-95 year olds!

  • Yes.
    Although we recommend taking the watch off at night to charge and for a distraction free sleep.
    However, you can disconnect the watch from networks overnight to allow sleep tracking with minimal functionality - network disconnect times can be set in the app.
